Pylon Elemental, a DBA of Pylon Solus LLC, collects only what a form on this site asks for. The forms on this site collect: your name, email address and city, plus what you have and, if you include one, a link to photos (sell-your-collection); your name, email address, subject and message (contact); and your email address alone (the "new pieces" signup). What you type into a form is stored the way you typed it. This information is stored in our database and used to answer you, evaluate a collection you have offered, or send the update you signed up for. It is not sold.

Card checkout is not open on this site yet. Every current piece sells through our eBay store, pylon-elemental, and payment for those purchases is handled entirely by eBay; this site never receives your card number, billing address or eBay account details. If card checkout opens here, that payment will be processed by Stripe, and this policy will be updated to say so before it goes live.

This site does not use cookies and does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember your cart and display preferences on your own device; that stays on your device and is never sent to us. Because this site does not track you across other websites, it has nothing to change in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.

To see, correct or ask us to delete the information we hold about you, use the contact form with your name and email. We will act on a request within a reasonable time.
