Venusaur 15/102 from the 1999 Base Set, holo rare, Shadowless print. The four year copyright line on the back, 1995, 96, 98, 99, is the Shadowless marker, shown in the copyright close up photo. There is no 1st Edition stamp. Art is by Mitsuhiro Arita.
Condition is Lightly Played. The front is clean with sharp corners, no creases and no scratches on the holo surface. The back has light whitening along the top edge and a small nick at one corner, both shown in the photos. There is also a slight crease, upper right of the back.
